Kids Support Our Public Lands
Seth Anderson

I explored the Dominguez Canyons Wilderness Study Area with my friend Andrew Blade and his brood of happy kid's. We stopped at this interesting sandstone boulder in the verdant canyon bottom. As I snapped this scene I thought this could be an excellent symbol for the challenge and importance of preserving public lands for the sake of our kid's future and our own enjoyment. I hope it is viewed as a positive and iconic image for our time.

Hercules is still alive.

This picture is terrific!!! What a great idea. It reminds me so much of some my husband and I would "stage" with our three sons when we were on vacation, or just at home. It always helps make things more interesting and fun to use some imagination.

I love this picture!

I love seeing children outdoors enjoying nature.  Seeing this picture makes me even more excited for when I can take my daughter (who is currently only six months old) out on nature hikes and wildlife watching expeditions.
