FTC approves Arch Coal's purchase of Rio Tinto's Wyoming mine

Arch Coal Inc. cleared a major hurdle this week toward its pending acquisition of Rio Tinto Energy America's Jacobs Ranch mine in Wyoming's Powder River Basin.
