HB 11 -- Valles Caldera Elk Hunting Licenses
Passed by a margin to of 45 to 22, HB 11 lowers equal public access to New Mexico's premier public lands. It will divert 25 percent of hunting licenses to an auction, placing them out of the reach of everyday hunters.
